Course Cancellation
Courses will only be cancelled due to unexpected circumstances and a full refund will be offered or an alternative class arranged.
We will make every effort to notify you of a cancellation, so it is important to provide both a daytime and evening phone numbers and email address.
Refunds
If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. The cancellation is effective from the date your email is received.
No refund shall be given regardless of circumstance, however, we will offer alternative dates, transferring you to another class.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
SHOOL HOLIDAY WORKSHOPS
Drop off for the morning session is from 9am and pick up by 1pm.
Drop off for the afternoon session is from 1pm and pick up by 5pm.
If you have signed onto both classes, we will supervised an hour’s lunch from 12.30pm - 1.30pm. Please bring a nut-free packed lunch, drink bottle and hat as we shall be lunching at the nearby park.
Older students from age 16+ is welcome to make their own way for lunch and with consent from parents, is able to arrive and leave on their own accord. A text message shall be sent to parents on the student’s arrival and departure.
